Our Sports therapists specialise in deep tissue treatments for the relief of muscular pain in the body.

Easing Sciatica, neck & shoulder soreness, back pain, fatigue, muscle aching, those struggling with a limited range of movement which are all common conditions suitable for treatment with Sports therapy and Deep Tissue massage.

Initial Consultation and Deep Tissue Treatment

An initial consultation is required for every new client. The purpose of a consultation is to find out what the problem is and to tailor a treatment plan specific to you. You will then receive your first treatment; this session usually takes 60-90 mins. Subsequent Deep Tissue treatments, if needed, are priced at £25 for 45-60 mins.

Subsequent Deep Tissue Treatments

Often you will need more than one treatment to resolve the problem. We will start with an assessment of your progress and continue with your treatment. After each session help and advice will be given to help promote your recovery.

Invigorating Pre-event massage
£15

This treatment gets your body ready to tackle any exercise or event you may be part of for up to 48 hours, helping to prevent injury and improve overall performance. 15-30 mins (dependent on areas requiring work).

Full Post-event massage
£20-£35

Post-event massage is a full body routine that encourages recovery, removes lactic acid build up, flushes your muscles and assists with DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness). This treatment is ideally received within 3 days of activity for maximum effectiveness. Ideal for after a workout or run. 30-75 mins (dependent on areas requiring work).
